1. Agreement
By accessing energyx-surge.digital and enrolling in programs operated by Energyx Surge Academy ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, do not use our services.
2. Services Description
We provide online professional education in spatial computing, including cohort-based and self-paced modules. Course materials, schedules, and mentor availability may change with reasonable notice posted on the site or by email.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials. You may not share access with others unless a team license explicitly permits it.
4. Intellectual Property
Course content, templates, videos, and documentation are licensed for your personal learning during enrollment unless a separate license is signed. You may not redistribute materials, resell access, or scrape our systems.
5. Acceptable Use
Harassment of staff or learners, attempts to disrupt platforms, or use of our training to develop unlawful surveillance tools is prohibited. We may suspend access for violations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Japanese law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the specific module giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise, courts in Japan shall have jurisdiction. Consumers in Japan may also use alternative dispute resolution channels available to them.
8. Changes and Termination
We may update these terms with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may terminate access for breach or non-payment according to the Refund & Cancellation policy.
