1. Eligibility
Consumers purchasing directly from Energyx Surge Academy may cancel within 14 days of purchase if digital content access has not been substantially consumed, per applicable Japanese consumer rules and our internal fairness review.
2. Digital content and access
If you download proprietary starter kits, attend live mentor sessions, or complete more than 20% of graded checkpoints, we may classify the content as consumed and offer partial credit instead of a full refund.
3. Full refunds
Where eligible, full refunds return to the original payment method within stated processing windows of the payment provider.
4. Partial refunds or transfers
We may offer module transfers to a later cohort or partial refunds when good-faith issues (technical outages, documented medical leave) are evidenced.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party exam fees, hardware, or marketplace assets purchased outside our catalog are non-refundable through us.
6. How to request
Email billing@energyx-surge.digital with your order reference, enrollment email, and reason. We respond within 5 business days with next steps.
7. Chargebacks and abuse
Please contact us before initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent claims may result in account closure and recovery of costs where permitted.
